‪there’s nothing wrong with wanting the best for yourself. my grandma used to tell me ‘wanting the best was a sign that i am a child of God’. and it’s true. the best is all that we deserve. but i’m learning how to give the universe the space necessary to make ‘the best’ happen for me. a lesson of trust. miracles i’m waiting for need room to breathe. i can’t do my angel’s job and my own. so when i start to think i know it all, i just remember all the prayers from my last that i’m glad were not answered. it makes it a whole lot easier to give God the floor.‬ (at Walnut Creek, California)
